Description
The Radiology Technologist performs radiologic diagnostic procedures, adheres to proper Radiation Safety procedures, and performs procedures accurately and efficiently. He/she also performs necessary quality control on equipment and assumes responsibility for maintaining and improving diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills. The Radiologic Technologist will also provide coverage in other areas of the Radiology Department as needed. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
Preferred: Associates or better in Radiography.
High School or better.
Experience
2 years:
Training at an accredited school of Radiology Technology. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong computer skills.
Licenses & Certifications
Required: L-NV-Rad Tech, C-ARRT Rad Tech State Spe, C-ARC-BLS
