This role is essential in providing excellent customer service to our guests while ensuring the gym environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner. Operate the front desk system efficiently, including check-ins and membership management. Sell gym memberships and provide information about our services and facilities. Answer questions and address guest concerns promptly and kindly. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the gym clean and organized. Assist with general property upkeep to maintain a safe and pleasant environment. Skills and Qualifications: Experience working with front desk systems or similar software preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to sell memberships and promote gym services effectively. Willingness to perform cleaning and light maintenance duties. Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude. Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
