Job Description Our Account Managers create and nurture ongoing relationships with our number one customer – our dealers. Their objective is to increase the number of deals funded by partnering with nationwide dealers who fit our program. They identify, onboard, and grow dealer partners across the U.S. from headquarters office locations. The role requires a consultative sales and management approach. This is a full‑time position with full‑time benefits, and we look for highly motivated, dedicated candidates who thrive in an office‑based team environment. What will you do as our Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative? Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within independent and franchise dealerships. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you. Follow‑up on new CRM‑generated leads and referrals from telephone calls to independent and franchise dealerships. Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the independent and franchise dealer communities. Communicate via phone, email, and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast‑funding requirements. Provide solutions, restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the dealership partners. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in automotive, finance and sales (preferred). 1–2 years of previous sales experience with a proven track record of success. High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques. Clear and effective presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Strong computer skills and telephone management, with adaptability to new technology. Goal‑oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement. Ability to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams. Pay Plan Target first year income: $55,000.00 – $130,000.00. Self‑determined, performance‑based compensation package. Hourly position: $17.87/hr + performance‑based commissions and bonuses. 6‑month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 monthly + commissions and bonuses. Average earnings after 1 year: $160,000.00.
