Hiring Incentive RN $3,200 and LPN $2,200 Location: Redfield, SD Salary: $26.52 - $40.16 hourly (RN $34.26 – $40.16; LPN $26.52 – $31.13), plus $2.00/hour shifts 7:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. and $1.00/hour on weekends. The RN and LPN will apply nursing principles, practices, and techniques in accordance with established healthcare procedures and standards. Licenses and Certifications Must hold or be eligible for a South Dakota Registered Nurse license (associate, bachelor's, or 3‑year diploma). All required certificates and tests must be obtained and completed. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience working with adolescents or adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, or an educational background in psychology, sociology, counseling, or a related field.
