PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 7 PM; Friday: 8 AM to 1 PMThe Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on individual needs, goals, and physician directives. The therapist will ensure patients receive functional treatment programs that facilitate effective community reintegration.
