Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Gift Processor II.

Pay Rate: $25, Based on experience


Description:


Duties:

• The Gift Processor II supports philanthropy operations by accurately processing, reviewing, and maintaining charitable gift transactions and donor records.
• Responsibilities include entering gifts into applicable systems, validating supporting documentation, preparing and balancing transaction batches, reconciling payment and gift information, and researching discrepancies or incomplete records.
• The role ensures donor and financial information is accurate, complete, confidential, and processed within established timelines.
• Additional duties include making transaction corrections, maintaining organized documentation, supporting reconciliation activities, and responding to internal questions related to gift records.
• This position requires strong accuracy, organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage a consistent volume of detailed financial and donor-related transactions.

• 2+ years of experience in gift processing, philanthropy operations, financial processing, or high-volume transactional data entry
• Experience with processing, reviewing, and accurately recording charitable gifts and donor transactions
• Experience with donor database, CRM, or comparable transaction-processing systems
• Ability to reconcile gift records, batches, payments, and supporting documentation
• Ability to research and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate donor and financial records
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven processing
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of donor, financial, and organizational information
• Ability to work a full-time day schedule of 8-hour days / 40 hours per week

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, foundation, or philanthropy operations
• Experience with complex gift entry, adjustments, refunds, or transaction corrections
• Experience supporting month-end or year-end reconciliation activities
• Experience coordinating with philanthropy, finance, accounting, or donor relations teams
