This assignment, available for immediate start and continuing through the end of the school year, needs a dedicated, credentialed speech-language pathologist to serve two elementary campuses in a supportive educational setting just outside Stamford.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience or comfort working in a school environment, preferably with elementary students
- Ability to manage a caseload across two sites, demonstrating flexibility and strong organization
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
- Accurately assess student progress and maintain thorough records of services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams, families, and other professionals
- Travel between two assigned elementary locations as part of a weekly schedule near the Bridgeport and Stamford area
- Deliver services in person in compliance with current school and district guidelines
