Manufacturing Technician II/III | Contract-to-Hire | $21–$27/hr (DOE) Join a growing, quality-driven manufacturing team! Position Summary The Manufacturing Technician II/III plays a key role in executing production activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This position supports daily manufacturing operations and continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Work within an ISO 13485 and cGMP-regulated environment, ensuring compliance with all quality system requirements Execute and review documentation in accordance with cGMP and GDP procedures Perform daily documentation review and support post-production documentation completion Conduct visual inspection of lyophilized products and packaging seals Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and report equipment alarms/issues to leadership Clean and sanitize manufacturing and support areas Perform calculations related to volumes, concentrations, and unit conversions Operate equipment such as pipettes, balances, pH meters, and heat sealers Ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning properly Participate in Continuous Improvement and Quality initiatives Assist with training and mentoring team members Support SOP creation and revisions Author Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and risk analysis documentation Manage materials, including receiving, issuing, and inventory transactions (NetSuite) Support QA logbook review and compliance activities Handle hazardous waste in accordance with safety regulations Perform safety inspections and other duties as assigned Education & Experience Manufacturing Technician II Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field + 1 year cGMP experience Associate’s degree in a related field High school diploma/equivalent + 3+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience Manufacturing Technician III Bachelor’s degree in a related field + 2+ years cGMP experience Associate’s degree + 3+ years of experience High school diploma/equivalent + 5+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance Ability to follow detailed written procedures and SOPs Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) Knowledge of cGMP processes and documentation practices Experience with visual inspection of components and finished goods Understanding of chemical and biological safety practices Familiarity with formulation, filling, kitting, labeling, and packaging operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Marquee Staffing
