Paid time off and paid holidays.Support. 24/7 Employee Assistance Program, confidential and free, for you and your household. Position OverviewHybrid Role: Warehouse & RoadThis is an active, hands-on hybrid position. You will split your time between warehouse operations-loading, unloading, and inventory management-and on-road delivery of specialty building materials to customer sites across our service territory. Both sides of the role require physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. What You'll DoWarehouse Duties:Safe, efficient, and accurate loading of trucks for next-day customer deliverySafe and efficient unloading of incoming stock deliveries, including accurate verification against shipping documentsAssist "will-call" customers by retrieving orders and loading their vehicles safely and promptlyLoad, unload, and stock inventory in a safe and careful mannerMaintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly conditionBuild and maintain knowledge of company productsManage paperwork and reports as requiredAttend scheduled meetings and training sessionsDriving & Delivery Duties:Secure materials: Physically handle and carefully secure building materials (laminates, plywood, solid surfaces) onto the truck, ensuring safe transportSafe transportation: Drive commercial vehicles to deliver materials from our warehouse to customer locations across Southern New Jersey & Greater Philadelphia.Customer delivery & unloading: Work directly with customers at delivery sites, assisting with unloading and ensuring materials arrive in perfect conditionVehicle inspections & maintenance: Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, verify cargo is properly secured, and maintain accurate logs of vehicle repair status and working hoursSafety & compliance: Follow all safety procedures for cargo transport, adhere to traffic laws, and maintain compliance with DOT regulations What We're Looking ForLicensing & Credentials:High School Diploma or equivalentValid CDL A with clean driving record and clean MVR; must pass DOT physical and drug screeningForklift Driver's license, or willingness to be trainedExperience & Skills:Minimum one year of commercial driving experience preferredReliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learnStrong communication and customer service skillsSelf-starter who works well independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periodsAble to work in varying weather conditions while remaining alert and focusedAvailable for shift work Ready to Join Our Family?If you're a dependable, hardworking individual looking for a stable career with a company that values its people, we'd love to hear from you.
