Early Intervention Occupational Therapist - Temporary Contract

Schedule: 20-30 hours per week Compensation: $100 Hourly + $2,000 Completion Bonus Future Opportunity: Potential for permanent employment following assignment About the Role: Positive Development is seeking an experienced Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to join our team on a temporary basis to support our growing pediatric services. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working with young children and their families while gaining experience in a collaborative, relationship-based clinical model. There is also the potential for this temporary position to transition into a permanent role based on business needs and mutual interest. Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers in accordance with individualized treatment plans. Partner with caregivers to support skill development within everyday routines and natural environments. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including speech-language pathologists, mental health clinicians, and other professionals. Complete timely documentation and maintain high-quality clinical records. Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration as appropriate. Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapist license in California. Experience providing occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers (birth to three years preferred). Strong family-centered approach and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Early Intervention experience preferred but not required.
