Caregiver / Direct Support Professional
Bay Area Care Team | Riverview, Florida

Seeking a dependable, patient, and caring individual to support group home residents with morning and evening routines, daily living skills, and community participation.

Schedule — Monday through Friday

• Morning: 5:00–7:00 a.m.
• Evening: 4:00–9:00 p.m.
• Both shifts required; seven total working hours daily.
• Weekends ( hours based on availability)

Pay and Support

• $120 per day for both shifts combined , equivalent to approximately $17.14 per hour .
• Transportation and approved outing expenses covered.
• Training provided; required certification costs paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning preparation, evening routines, and daily living activities.
• Follow residents’ individual support plans and maintain required supervision.
• Promote residents’ safety, dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Complete accurate service notes before each shift ends.
• Communicate relevant updates and concerns to the administrator.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, patient, and respectful.
• Able to communicate clearly and complete accurate documentation.
• Willing to complete applicable background screening, training, and certifications before performing duties that require them.
• High school diploma
• APD training provided
