About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the development and implementation of transformative marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting multi-channel marketing plans, with a strong focus on digital transformation, and ensuring a consistent brand presence that aligns with the organization's values. This pivotal role requires a dynamic and visionary leader with a pragmatic, agile approach to managing a talented team and driving innovative initiatives. The Head of Marketing will also be accountable for the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize efforts and achieve growth targets. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leading major marketing functions and teams. A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is essential. The role demands a leader with strong expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels, exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, and a focus on accountability and results. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that marketing strategies are in line with the organization's objectives and will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
