Video Editor

About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Video Editor to help create storytelling-led, visually engaging content across multiple platforms in the beauty space. You’ll shape video content from raw footage through final delivery — bringing both creative and technical expertise across a wide variety of assets and projects. The ideal candidate is proficient in video editing and motion graphics software, comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment, and familiar with post-production workflows including media management, syncing, color correction, and audio leveling. Key Responsibilities: Edit video, perform color correction and grading, and create title designs and motion graphics that add excitement, elevation, and modernity to every project Assist in the conceptualizing and storyboarding process, translating creative briefs and scripts into compelling videos and motion graphics Shape video content across platforms in collaboration with creative lead and art director Build rough assemblies and string-outs, maintaining clear timelines and labeling systems Keep project files organized and manage storage workflows across shared drives and cloud platforms Manage revisions, versioning, and delivery according to specs and client and brand feedback Stay up to date on emerging editing tools, platform requirements, and content best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred 2–5 years of hands‑on video editing, post‑production, and/or motion design experience (internships and freelance work welcome) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; Adobe Photoshop / Creative Suite a plus Strong understanding of video codecs, terminology, color grading, visual effects, motion graphics, and post‑production workflows Strong organizational, project, and file management skills with sharp attention to detail and a critical eye for quality Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn and grow from feedback Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends Strong creative sensibility with a finger on the pulse of beauty and fashion marketing trends.
