We are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team.

You will shape a creative direction that impacts millions of users in 50+ countries. Your ideas are not just content, but funnels that can become drivers of growth for Nebula on the global market. This is a role with real impact on the product, not a supporting function.

In the team, you will have the opportunity to work with marketing managers, analysts, and a team of 20+ creatives.

Your direct manager will be Darya Korolik, Creative Lead.

What challenges await you?

• Taking full ownership of the creative cycle for campaigns that work for an audience in 50+ countries
• Generating ideas that can become new funnels for large-scale growth of Nebula
• Implementing new approaches based on market analysis faster than they become a trend

Your impact:

• In shaping and implementing creative ideas for videos and static materials within global marketing campaigns
• In conducting creative brainstorming sessions and finding new concepts to engage a million-strong audience
• In close collaboration with marketing managers to achieve shared goals
• In continuously improving and scaling creatives based on results and analytics

What is important to us?

• You have 3 years of experience in performance marketing and know how to read metrics and make decisions based on analytics
• You work in English at an Upper-Intermediate+ level—comfortable for working with a global market
• You do not stop at the first working version—you seek solutions that can be scaled

It would be a plus:

• Experience working with AI tools for generating visual content (Midjourney, Kaiber, or similar)

In the test tasks, there is a block for using AI—when evaluating, we rely on the 4D Framework from Anthropic. For us, the important thing is the critical and conscious use of AI tools.
