QA Technician II

Rocklin, CA
Full-Time | Pay $25.00 per hour

We're hiring an experienced QA Technician to support quality inspections in a precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
• Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and Zeiss CMM (Calypso) .
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure calibration and ESD compliance.
• Read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of QA experience in manufacturing.
• Required: Zeiss CMM (Calypso) experience.
• Proficient with inspection tools and quality documentation.
• Experience with Excel; ERP/Oracle is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive inspection tasks.
• Excellent manual dexterity and close vision.
