• Location: Rochester, New Hampshire 03867
• Start Date: October 1, 2026
• End Date: December 24, 2026
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,160 - $7,290
• Census: 14-24 patients daily
• Daily Admissions: 4-5
• Consults: 4-6 per day, including behavioral health and rehab
• Setting: Inpatient hospital medicine with open ICU coverage and tele-intensivist support
• Orientation: 2 shadow shifts

• Minimum 1 year of hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience required
• Ability to manage 22+ encounters and maintain a steady patient flow
• Experience caring for adult inpatient populations
• Comfort working in an open ICU with tele-intensivist collaboration
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide consultative care to rehab and behavioral health units
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred
• Must meet all applicable credentialing and case log requirements

• Provide daytime hospital medicine coverage for admitted patients
• Manage daily rounding, admissions, discharges, and consults
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, case management, respiratory therapy, and specialty support teams
• Support care for patients in an open ICU environment alongside tele-intensivist services
• Offer consultative input for behavioral health and rehabilitation units
• Deliver efficient, high-quality inpatient care for an underserved patient population
• Complete documentation and clinical handoffs in accordance with facility workflow
