Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm Patient Schedule 60 minute prophys, recare, and perio maintenance 60 minute SRPs 90 min New Patient Appointments (shared column) Averaging 13 patients per day on shared column days (Tues/Thurs) and 7-8 patients per day on single column days (Mon/Wed) Hygiene Assistant on shared column days (Tues/Thurs) About Dental Care at Pretty Pond Join a 15-person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community! Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) Local Anesthesia Certification (required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience At least 1 year of prior Dental Hygiene experience is required Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
