Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We deliver tools and insights that help field management coach more effectively, uncover growth opportunities, and improve advisor performance.
• We drive innovation by using data, analytics, and user feedback to continually improve advisor productivity, business outcomes, and user experience.
• We lead and develop 4 to 5 direct reports through coaching, goal setting, performance management, and career planning.
• We build a high-performing team culture centered on customer outcomes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• We communicate product vision, roadmap, sequencing, and measurable success outcomes.
• We own delivery plans and capacity planning across milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• We drive end-to-end testing strategy and execution across functional, automated, and performance testing.
• We monitor delivery health, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators using Red/Amber/Green reporting and clear escalation paths.
• We drive adoption and change management through communications, training approaches, and stakeholder engagement.
