Join us and build your future with a team committed to excellence.About the Job:We are seeking a Short Range Mine Planning Engineer for our Rochester operation near Lovelock, NV. This position will report to the SR Planning Engineer. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement the short-range mine plan at the mine site.This position will require company-supported relocation to Northern Nevada to work a 8 days on, 6 days off schedule on-site at Coeur Rochester near Lovelock, NV.Responsibilities: Maintain a safe, healthy and clean environment by ensuring Coeur’s values and standards are present in all aspects of work execution Develop and implement daily / 7-day / 90-day mine plans that maximize production and meet budget / forecast KPI’sMaintain a weekly rolling 90-day mine plan that optimizes upon and is in-line with mine’s medium-range planContinually seek to optimize the operation and reduce production bottlenecks over the daily to 90-day planning horizonIntegrate with and maintain close relationships with teams across the mine site to ensure the plans are informed and executable.
