Roles & Responsibilities

• Download English-language documents from SAP systems.
• Upload documents for Spanish translation using approved workflows.
• Review translated documents for accuracy, context, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with compliance and quality teams to validate content.
• Maintain organized records of translated documents with version control.
• Provide translation support to cross-functional teams.

Experience Required

• 2–4 years of experience in document translation (English-Spanish).
• Exposure to manufacturing or regulated documentation processes preferred.

Skills & Certifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy and context.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple translation tasks.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• Vocational or equivalent qualification with basic technical knowledge of documentation processes.
• Prior experience in document translation and quality review.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in documentation preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and seek guidance when needed.
