Business Analyst – FBM Program The role supports the FBM program by working in a team environment to deliver custom applications that meet our customers’ needs. The Business Analyst is responsible for requirement gathering, customer engagement, and testing software solutions for internal aerospace industry customers. Core Responsibilities Build and sustain strong business relationships. Thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment and serve as a proactive team player. Deliver clear, compelling communication and presentations to stakeholders. Apply comprehensive knowledge of the full software development life cycle. Employ agile methodologies, prioritize work effectively, and drive continuous improvement. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions. Provide innovative solutions that address current and future business needs. Partner with the business to maintain accurate requirement documentation and manage changes. Basic Qualifications Proven experience with agile methodologies and associated tooling (e.g., JIRA, DevOps). Strong background in developing software requirements, user stories, and test cases. Demonstrated customer‑focused mindset and empathy. Strategic thinking with a tactical execution focus. Ability to balance short‑term deliverables with long‑term product vision. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Adaptability to changing priorities and fast‑paced environments. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Desired Skills Hands‑on expertise in software test automation frameworks and practices. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
