In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, including integration, scope, scheduling, communication, vendor, and risk management. You will serve as a strategic leader responsible for aligning high-profile vendors and key stakeholders to drive successful business solution deployments.Active Job DutiesLead and manage end-to-end multi-year enterprise projects of varying scope and complexity.Develop, maintain, and track fully integrated project schedules using MS Project and MS Project Online.Manage project integration, scope, schedule, communication, risk, and vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle.Direct and collaborate with high-profile subject matter vendors across on-premise and cloud ecosystems.Oversee Enterprise Business Solutions initiatives, specifically focusing on SAP/ERP project delivery.Apply strong leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation techniques to solve complex operational challenges.Deliver clear, articulate presentations and communications to executives, project teams, and key stakeholders.Required Skills10+ years of project management expertise across projects of various size and scope, including integration, scope, schedule, communication, vendor, and risk management.10+ years (or extensive background) in creating and maintaining integrated project plans at an expert level using MS Project and/or MS Project Online.Demonstrated experience managing high-profile subject matter vendors within on-premises and cloud environments.Hands-on experience as a Project Manager leading Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP/ERP projects.Proven experience leading complex, multi-year projects.Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.Strong leadership, conflict management, and negotiation skills.Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with ServiceNow, specifically within Idea, Project, and Demand modules.Knowledge and practical application of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.Direct experience with ERP implementation and organizational transformation.
