Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist Location: San Francisco, CA Setting: Large, Busy Hospital Pharmacy Facility Size: Approximately 500 Beds Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing (Full-time or near-full-time coverage needed for at least the next 3-4 months) Schedule: Variable Days/Afternoons, 8-Hour Shifts pensation : $65-67/hour, dependent on experience Key Responsibilities: Manage and dispense medications for inpatients, ensuring accurate and effective treatment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy. Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as needed. Maintain and manage the medication inventory and ensure pliance with hospital protocols. Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for medication administration and record-keeping. Ideal Candidate: Current CA Pharmacy License required. Local to the Bay Area preferred. Solid inpatient pharmacy experience in a hospital setting. Experience with EPIC is a plus. Ability to fit seamlessly within a busy hospital environment and adapt to variable schedules. Strong munication and organizational skills, with a mitment to providing high-quality patient care.
