Incident Management Specialist

• Ability to provide leadership to technology and business stakeholders in the areas of business communication regarding technical incidents and their impacts.
• Ability to develop and mature a communication process with a keen focus on translating technical impact into business impact.
• Development and management of an incident knowledge database in preparation for responding and communicating about future service disruptions.
• Setting strategic direction and management of contact database (i.e., what to communicate to who).
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team to provide 24 x7 coverage of business communication needs.
• Exemplary written and oral communication skills with special attention to detail.
• A collaborative leader and facilitator with outstanding communication and analytical skills.
• A big picture thinker able to design comprehensive solutions addressing process, organization, tools, metrics, documentation and training.
