Opportunity HUB’s account managers provide critical support to customers through account management, claims management, day‑to‑day client oversight, and underwriting. As an Account Manager II, you will ensure clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies, act as the point‑of‑contact for larger, more complex property accounts, and maintain positive relationships with clients and carrier staff. Duties & Responsibilities Manage the entire account‑service process Market to carriers Prepare quotes and proposals Present proposals to clients Participate in client meetings and presentations with producers Oversee processing of enrollments, changes, and terms Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders Respond to and resolve escalated client issues Check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy Coordinate premium financing and premium collection Maintain accurate and organized account files Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Hold a high school diploma or GED (college degree strongly preferred) Have at least 5 years of related commercial lines insurance experience Experience managing risks for construction clients Be currently licensed in good standing Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization Demonstrated presentation skills Demonstrated oral and written communication skills Confidence and demeanor to interact with all levels of the organization Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Benefits HUB offers a competitive, exciting, and friendly work environment. The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 – $115,000, depending on location and experience.
