What You’ll Do Our RVTs are an essential part of patient care and are trusted with real responsibility. Inducing, monitoring, and recovering anesthesia Performing dental prophylaxis and obtaining full‑mouth dental radiographs Assisting with surgery and dentistry Placing IV catheters Collecting blood and urine samples Running in‑house laboratory diagnostics Taking diagnostic radiographs Accurately maintaining anesthesia and medical records Maintaining DEA‑controlled drug logs and inventory Client education and discharge instructions Working closely with the veterinarian to provide exceptional patient care What We’re Looking For Registered/Licensed Veterinary Technician (RVT/LVT) Dependable and punctual Detail‑oriented Compassionate with patients and clients Positive, hardworking, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team Comfortable communicating openly Excited to continue learning and growing Attention to detail, reliability, and accurate medical record‑keeping are essential for this position. Schedule Full‑time (36–40 hours/week) Four‑day work week One Saturday morning per month No emergency or overnight shifts Compensation & Benefits $24–28/hour based on experience and skills; performance‑based raise after a successful 60‑day introductory period Paid Time Off Employee pet discounts Team lunches, fun staff events, birthday celebrations, and occasional outings Planned 401(k) with employer match after one year Health insurance is not currently offered. *Due to handling and storage of controlled substances on site, a background check will be required.
