LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Addus Family company
As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Addus Family Company, you will deliver compassionate, in-home nursing care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. In this community-based role, you’ll perform nursing assessments, administer medications, provide wound and chronic disease care, and support safe care plans under RN/physician direction. You’ll educate clients and families, document care in compliance with regulations, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
