We are a 25-person CPA firm that is looking to add a Tax Manager to their team. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility while still maintaining in-office collaboration a few days per week.
Serve a diverse client base including closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and real estate clients. Seeking someone with real estate tax experience who also enjoys working in a generalist capacity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review and prepare tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120S)
- Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
- Provide tax planning and advisory services
- Work with real estate clients (partnerships, K-1s, property owners)
- Handle multi-state tax matters
- Mentor and review work of staff and seniors
- Collaborate with partners on more complex engagements
What We’re Looking For
- CPA license required
- 5–10+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong background in individual and business tax
- Experience with real estate clients preferred
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Strong communication and client management skills
