Dealership General Manager

Sponsler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Mount Vernon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Dealership General Manager to lead our team in Mount Vernon, OH. This leadership role requires a dedicated professional who can oversee daily operations, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of dealership operations including sales, service, finance, and parts departments.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and manufacturer representatives.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of dealership team members.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate policies.
Monitor financial performance and take corrective action as needed to improve results.
Promote a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar
Sales leadership role within an automotive dealership.
Strong knowledge of dealership operations, automotive sales processes, and finance with a strong used car background.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and develop actionable plans.
Client-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
Familiarity with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands is a plus.
