Responsibilities Supports back of house operations and store maintenance Contributes to supporting the service experience, visual processes, and daily business operations Leads by example in cultivating Terrain’s four promises Delivers a seamless, multi-channel shopping experience Participates in supporting visual priorities, facility standards Maintains organizational standards in the back of house Supports team development with new hire onboarding Provides timely and specific employee feedback Leads daily product flow processes Guides the operational support associates Requirements 2+ years leadership experience Knowledge of home décor trends & gardening Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in back of house operations and team development while maintaining high organizational standards and supporting a seamless shopping experience.
