Digital & Print Designer - Financial Services

Digital & Print Designer We are currently seeking candidates for a Digital & Print Designer role with a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, Massachusetts. The Digital & Print Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality creative assets across digital, print, social, and related marketing channels while ensuring consistency with established brand standards. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional design experience within an agency or in-house creative environment. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required. This is a 6-month contract position paying between $35-$40/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model, consisting of 3 days on-site in Boston, Massachusetts, and 2 days working from home per week. Responsibilities Create digital and print marketing materials aligned with company brand standards. Design presentations, collateral, social assets, and related creative deliverables. Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to execute projects on time. Support projects from concept through final production with strong attention to detail. Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revise materials as needed. Maintain consistency across branding, typography, and visual design standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to support marketing and communication initiatives. Assist with layout design, image selection, and production-ready file preparation. Help develop creative concepts that support business and marketing objectives. Stay current on design trends, creative tools, and marketing best practices. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred. 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house environment. Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work required. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity with Figma preferred. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred.
