Job Requirements

Education: Master’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be credentialed from national certifying body. Valid APN license. Prescribing authority with valid DEA number.

Experience: One year related experience and/or training.

Job Summary

Provides general medical care and treatment to patients in medical clinic under direction of Physician, by performing assigned duties. Attendance is an essential function of this job. Other duties may be assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
