CNC Machine Maintenance Mechanic (JN -View phone number on click.appcast.io) Billerica, Massachusetts Salary: USD 95,000 - USD 100,000 per year Our client a well‑established precision manufacturing company is expanding and looking for a skilled CNC Machine Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping high‑end equipment running at peak performance. This is a direct‑hire opportunity in a clean, modern facility with long‑term stability. Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00AM–4:30PM (overtime as needed) Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC machines (electrical and mechanical) Perform and improve preventive maintenance to reduce downtime Troubleshoot using electrical/mechanical documentation and machine data Service components including ball screws, bearings, linear guides, spindles, servos, turrets, parameters, relays, and machine leveling Operate CNC equipment to verify repairs Document maintenance and repair activities Maintain a safe, organized work environment Requirements 5+ years of CNC machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics, drawings, and ladder logic Experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls Proficient with Microsoft Office Comfortable using hand and power tools Detail‑oriented, analytical, and self‑motivated; works well independently and with a team #J-18808-Ljbffr Ultimate Staffing
