Job Details Job Location: Wayne Crisis Stabilization Center - HONESDALE, PA 18431 Position Type: Casual Education Level: Graduate Degree Salary Range: $28.00 – $34.00 hourly Job Shift: Multiple (Primarily 8am – 4pm on Sunday, with additional coverage as needed) Job Category: Nonprofit – Social Services Position: Crisis Residential Master’s Level Therapist (Casual) Number of Positions: 1 Overview Center for Community Resources (CCR) is expanding its mental health services in Wayne County with the opening of a Crisis Stabilization Center that includes crisis intervention and crisis residential services. As a crisis residential mental health master’s level therapist, you will provide individualized care and counseling in an 8‑bed, 24/7 facility for adults experiencing mental health crises, working within a supportive multidisciplinary team to facilitate recovery and access to community resources. Essential Functions Develop individualized care plans based on psychosocial assessments conducted during intake. Schedule and provide ongoing, daily counseling services to individuals admitted to the crisis residential facility. Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to assist individuals in accessing community resources and meeting treatment goals. Provide input on the development of psychoeducational support groups and activities. Collaborate in the development of discharge plans. Teach and support the acquisition and utilization of recovery‑oriented skills. Provide supervision of individuals in treatment to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules and requirements. Engage in the supervision processes required for crisis residential therapists. Maintain quality standards. Document services provided to individuals. Participate in continuous professional development. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Required) Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field. At least two years of counseling experience. Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, Act 33/34 and FBI clearances. Equal Opportunity Employer / ADA compliant. Computer literacy. Ability to exercise sound judgment. Time management skills. Written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility in scheduling. Ability to work with team members and accept supervision. Take initiative while being cooperative and empathetic. Maintain strict confidentiality.
