About the Job As a Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day success of the HOAs under your care. You’ll coordinate vendors, manage contracts, solve problems, communicate with homeowners, keep up with projects, enforce rules, and help communities run smoothly. We’re less worried about your resume and more excited to meet someone who’s driven, personable, organized, and can handle a curveball with a smile. Whether you’ve worked in property management before or are just ready to learn fast and think on your feet, we’ll give you the tools to succeed. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee contracts and vendors, including scheduling, communication, and project follow-up Work closely with HOA boards and attend board meetings Communicate effectively with homeowners and residents Write clear, engaging notices, newsletters, and updates Track and enforce community rules and violations Coordinate repairs, projects, and service calls with vendors Monitor property conditions and address issues proactively Assist with budgeting and basic financial review Be a resource for your assigned communities - if they need something, you’re their go-to Benefits Full-time position Monday-Friday (occasional evening board meetings required) $43,680-$52,000 DOE Health insurance, dental & vision coverage Two weeks paid personal time off Flexible, supportive, and fun work environment Real room for growth - we’re expanding fast, and we promote from within What We’re Looking For Experience in community management, hospitality, customer service, or operations Strong writing and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple priorities Willing to learn and dive into new systems Able to work independently and with a team Tech-savvy enough to pick up new programs quickly HOA experience is great - but not required.
