Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess skills in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Responsibilities
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
Certifications / Licensure
Active Registered Nurse license in the state.
