Job Full Description PAY RATE $22-25 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON VERIFIED EXPERIENCE Express Employment Professionals has an immediate opening for a Compounder with proven work experience.
This position is responsible for working closely with Quality Control and line operators in the production of batches to be processed. Follows batch sheet instructions and ensures that all raw materials are accounted for. Monitors inventory and rotate stock using oldest material first. Safety and OSHA standards must be adhered to at all times. Qualifications Education/Experience:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1-3 years' experience in industrial material handling.
- Must be certified to operate a forklift when applicable.
- Must be certified to operate a clamp truck when applicable.
- Computer proficiency within Windows based environment. Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Ability to compute basic math to perform the role.
- Possess basic mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot machines and perform minor repairs when needed
