Associate Attorney- Real Estate

Quilling Selander seeks an associate attorney for its Real Estate Practice Group. Good academic credentials and strong references are required. Role and Responsibilities Draft and negotiate loan documents. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements. Draft and negotiate leases. Draft and negotiate construction contracts. Draft and negotiate JV agreements and other entity formation documents. Experience 1 to 5 years of experience practicing real estate law. Prior (non-lawyer) experience in real estate, banking or finance is a plus. Qualifications and Education Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar of Texas. Required Skills Experience analyzing, reviewing, editing, and drafting documents, as well as superior analytical skills. Must have demonstrated the ability to work with clients who demand excellence and be able to meet their expectations. A commitment to working ethically and always in the best interest of the client. Excellent work ethic, articulate, and efficient. Must be a self-starter and be able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
