Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota SLP license
• Minnesota teaching certification
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings as a speech-language pathologist
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
• Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students, including assessments, IEP development, and therapy
• Collaborate with teaching staff, families, and support teams to foster student growth
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and school district guidelines
• Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse needs and learning styles
• Provide support and training to educational teams as needed
