Clinical Care LVN/LPN (Full-Time Contract) — Huntersville, NC
Location: Huntersville, NC 28078
Schedule: 32–40 hours/week (typically 7–10 hour shifts during clinic operating hours)
Weekends/Holidays:   Every other weekend + some major holidays
Pay Rate:  $37.17/hr (W2)

Urgent Care LPN Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced  LVN/LPN to join a fast-paced, patient-facing ambulatory setting. This role is best suited for nurses with a strong background in  urgent care, emergency care, and/or primary care who are comfortable supporting high-volume clinical workflows and handling emergent situations in collaboration with an onsite provider.
Urgent Care LPN Key Responsibilities

• Administer  vaccinations and injections (including flu, COVID, and TB test placements)
• Obtain and document  vital signs
• Provide  urgent/emergent support in collaboration with the onsite provider
• Perform  patient registration, intake, and checkout
• Support clinic flow: wait room management, scheduling support, outreach/reminder calls
• Prepare and maintain clinic and waiting areas to support an excellent patient experience

Urgent Care LPN Required Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license
• BLS certification (must remain valid beyond start date)
• Recent experience in urgent care, emergency care, and/or primary care (strongly emphasized)
• Minimum 1 year related healthcare experience
• Experience documenting in an  Electronic Medical Record (EMR)(EPIC preferred)
• Ability to accurately obtain vitals and support a high-throughput patient environment
