The Opportunity: Comfort Advisor

The Responsibilities:

• Meet with and educate the customer on products and services
• Meet and exceed key performance requirements
• Complete proposals, sales orders, financing and hand-off to Install according to company guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable experience to win new and repeat business
• Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings.
• Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
• Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions

Comfort Advisor Qualifications:

• Competitive nature and drive to win every day
• Willingness to seek success in every situation
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
• An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team
