Quality Technical Support Specialist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a leading global beauty and personal care company known for developing innovative consumer products in El Segundo, CA.

Location: El Segundo, CA
Pay: $23-$27/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Standard business hours
Assignment: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position Overview

We are seeking a Quality Technical Support Specialist to provide technical quality support to Production teams, external vendors, and Quality Laboratories. This position will help ensure products and manufacturing processes meet established quality system, regulatory, and company requirements .

The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player and strong communicator who is eager to learn, comfortable working cross-functionally, and brings hands-on quality experience. Beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or consumer products experience is highly valued and can translate especially well to this role.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical quality support to Production teams, external vendors, and Quality Laboratories .
• Support compliance with established quality systems, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and documentation standards .
• Assist with quality testing and evaluation of packaging components, bulk materials, and finished goods .
• Perform and support statistical sampling and quality inspections .
• Review quality results and communicate findings effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Support investigation and resolution of quality-related issues as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Laboratory, and vendor teams to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to established quality procedures.
• Perform color matching and related quality evaluations when applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent manufacturing experience with a strong emphasis on quality.
• Previous experience in Quality, Quality Control, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience working with FDA and/or ISO guidelines , SOPs, audits, and quality documentation highly desirable.
• Experience with statistical sampling and quality testing of packaging components, bulk materials, and finished goods preferred.
• Beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or consumer products experience strongly preferred.
• Color matching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate across functions.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
