Buyer

We’re partnering with a growing consumer products company seeking a Buyer to join their Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for managing purchase orders across raw materials, packaging, finished goods, retail programs, and contract manufacturing while ensuring inventory accuracy, on-time deliveries, and strong supplier partnerships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, retail programs, and contract manufacturing Maintain accurate pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines within ERP systems and Google Sheets Partner with Supply Planning and Production teams to manage inventory levels and purchase order revisions Communicate directly with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply chain issues Support sourcing initiatives, supplier pricing updates, sample management, and vendor evaluations Assist with supplier negotiations related to pricing, lead times, and payment terms Monitor procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and delivery metrics Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Planning, Production, Quality, Operations, and Retail teams to support business needs Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Buying, or Supply Chain Experience working within ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Google Sheets Strong purchase order management and supplier relationship experience Experience supporting raw materials, packaging, finished goods, or consumer product categories Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Experience within Consumer Products, Retail, eCommerce, CPG, Beauty, Wellness, or related industries preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment Key Focus Areas Supplier & Vendor Relations Inventory & Supply Planning Support Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
