Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Family Medicine physician to become a part of our team in Sandwich, IL.

Situated in the delightful community of Sandwich, our Family Medicine practice is devoted to delivering exceptional, patient-focused healthcare. As a member of a premier healthcare system, we provide our physicians with the necessary support, resources, and collaborative atmosphere to ensure outstanding care for Sandwich and its neighboring areas.

In your role as a Family Medicine physician, you will offer comprehensive care to patients of all ages. You will address a wide range of health concerns, including both acute and chronic conditions, while emphasizing wellness and preventive care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for rural medicine and appreciate the importance of fostering strong relationships with patients in a clinic setting.

• Become part of a team of accomplished Primary Care Physicians
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
• Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a flexible schedule
• Shared and rotated call responsibilities
• Access to standard primary care equipment and onsite laboratory services
• Support from advanced practice providers, nurses, and medical assistants
• Clinic located within a multispecialty building
• Hospital privileges at local healthcare facilities
• Utilization of the EPIC electronic health record system
• Salary range: $260,000 - $330,000
