Shift Lead (Shift Leader) Location: Firehouse Subs #1637 - Menifee Lakes Plaza. What is a Shift Leader? The Shift Leader is one who supervises the restaurant during a certain period of time, ensuring excellent service and optimum profitability by running an efficient and effective shift. During this period, you have the authority to make certain decisions that affect guest satisfaction. This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift. This involves knowing all skill positions and the sequence of service from greeting the guest to exit greetings. Ensure operating shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllable, and sales growth. The shift leader is a part of the management, as this provides an excellent foundation to build your career with our Firehouse Subs family. Requirements Have prior fast food/restaurant work experience (2 years or more preferred). Be at least 18 years old Be able to work under pressure Follow specifications, policies, and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and by the GM/Owner Be able to work in a team environment and promote teamwork Be an effective communicator Have a good attitude Be reliable Maintain an organized work area Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive manner at all times #J-18808-Ljbffr M-
