Sync Brokerage Inc. is a technology-driven, boutique real estate brokerage founded in 2017, specializing in residential, luxury, and commercial real estate primarily within the Los Angeles and Miami markets. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless coordination and management of real estate transactions from contract to closing, facilitating effective communication among clients, agents, lenders, escrow, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining the high standards of service that Sync Brokerage is known for while supporting our agents through efficient transaction processing and administrative expertise. Responsibilities- Manage transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met from contract to closing.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, real estate agents, lenders, escrow officers, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Prepare, review, and submit transaction documents ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized transaction files and database records.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure property listings are properly documented and promoted.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to agents and clients regarding transaction progress.
- Assist agents with post-closing tasks including document distribution and record retention.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate transaction coordinator or in a related administrative role within real estate.
- Strong understanding of residential, luxury, and commercial real estate transactions and documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with real estate transaction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, agents, and third parties.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
