Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing unit settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, developing effective treatment plans, and guiding patients through their rehabilitation process.
Job Details
- Shift Requirements: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
- Weekend Rotation: Typically every 4-5 weekends
- Charting System: Meditech Education
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Kansas Physical Therapy License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Information
- Call Policy: Must notify 2 hours before shift starts
- Professional Scrubs: Any professional scrub colors accepted
- Relocation Allowance: Up to $2500 available for reimbursement with receipts
- Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for a sign-on bonus payable upon completion of specified timeframes
