Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Waynesboro, Virginia

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our client's dental practice in Waynesboro, Virginia. Our client is a well-established and reputable practice, known for their exceptional patient care and advanced dental services.

3 operatory FFS/PPO practice.

Very busy and Strong production practice

Position Overview:

As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced dentists and support staff to provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will be responsible for performing general dentistry procedures, including but not limited to restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals

- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

- Collaborate with other dentists and specialists to provide comprehensive treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in dentistry

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active dental license in the state of Virginia

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice

- Proficient in performing general dentistry procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
