Facilities Technician

Location: Fishers Pay Range: $45000 - $60000 Shift: Must be Open to All Shifts including some Weekends What's the Job? Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of building mechanical systems and infrastructure. Conduct HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities. Perform electrical maintenance including lighting repairs, ballast replacement, and breaker resets. Complete plumbing repairs, drain maintenance, and restroom preventive maintenance tasks. Support maintenance activities related to elevators, UPS systems, and fire/life safety systems. What's Needed? 5+ years of experience in Operations & Maintenance, Construction, Facilities Maintenance, or Building Engineering roles. Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, refrigeration, heating, and cooling systems. Experience troubleshooting commercial HVAC and mechanical systems. High school diploma required; vocational, trade school, or technical college training preferred. Strong understanding of CMMS systems, work order management, and preventive maintenance procedures.
