STRIVE Houston seeks a results-oriented Program Director to lead the Career Path program expansion and ensure sustainability. You will oversee a diverse team, drive performance analytics, and cultivate partnerships with workforce boards, funders, and service providers. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in workforce development, and proven leadership. You will report to the Executive Director and help STRIVE meet contract obligations while advancing #J-18808-Ljbffr Strive International
